Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently than pitched shingle roofs — ponding water, seam separation, and membrane punctures need specialized diagnosis.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Clarkia, ID licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Clarkia commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Repair scope and pricing are explained clearly so you can plan around business operations.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
